摘 要:以弹流润滑理论为基础,利用多重网格法,针对啮合点当量曲率半径、卷吸速度、载荷等时变因素,对摆线针轮行星传动机构啮合齿廓各点的压力及油膜厚度进行数值计算,并与等温稳态计算结果进行比较。结果表明:时变因素对膜厚影响显著,对压力分布影响很小。考虑时变时,在啮合周期的前半段,中心膜厚和最小膜厚值都要低于稳态值,而在啮合的后半段则相反;其中中心膜厚值在啮合开始后迅速下降然后维持在一定水平,最后升高,而最小膜厚值在啮合开始后很快下降然后立刻上升。而在稳态情形下,中心膜厚值和最小膜厚值都在啮合的前期和末期出现过极小值现象。Based on the EHL theory and considering the variational factors,such as equivalent curvature radii,entrain-ment velocity and load,the pressure and film thickness along the meshing tooth profile of the cycloid pinwheel planetary gearing mechanism were calculated by using the multigrid method,and the difference between transient and steady-state of this mechanism is discussed.The results show that the variational factors have evident influence on the film thickness,but less influence on the pressure.Compared with steady-state,the values of central and minimum film thickness are lower dur-ing the first half of meshing and higher during the latter part of meshing at transient state.During the meshing in transient state,the value of central film thickness is firstly declined rapidly and then remains unchanged,finally starts going up,the value of minimum film thickness is firstly declined rapidly and rises immediately.During the meshing in steady-state,the minimum value of above-mentioned film thickness appears in the earlier stage and the end of meshing.
