摘 要:在假设弹流润滑中沿膜厚方向上温度分布为抛物线形的基础上,同时考虑对流散热和压缩做功的影响,利用简化的能量方程和点热源积分法结合,在固液界面处满足热流连续条件,建立热混合润滑计算模型,通过反复迭代求得油膜以及接触界面的温度场。结果表明,当速度很低时,对流散热和压缩发热对温度分布基本没有影响,随着速度增大,对流散热和压缩发热对温度分布逐渐产生影响,且主要影响入口处温度分布;表面粗糙度对接触区压力、温度有明显影响。在此基础上,提出利用已知一个接触界面的温度求得另一个表面和油膜温度分布的计算方法,为润滑热分析和红外测量接触区温度奠定了基础。Supposing the temperature distribution is parabolic across oil film thickness,the heat flux is continuous at the solid-liquid interface,a comprehensive thermal model of mixed lubrication was established,which included the convective heat removal and the compressive heat generation at the same time.The point heat source integration method and simplified energy equation were used to determine the temperature distribution of contact surfaces and oil film through iterative meth-od.The results show that,the convection and compression of lubricant have ignorable effect on the temperature when the entraining velocity is very low;however,the effect gradually becomes strong on inlet temperature distribution with the in-crease of entraining velocity;surface roughness has significant effect on pressure and temperature distribution of the contact area.A method to calculate the temperature distribution of the mating surface and film with the given temperature of one contact surface was presented,which laid the foundation of thermal analysis in lubrication and infrared temperature meas-urement of the contact area.
