价值论视角下图书馆学科服务能力的建构研究

摘　　要：本文从价值论视角入手,指出图书馆的自我价值是图书馆自我需求的满足及内在能力的建构与发展,是实现图书馆社会价值的必要能力前提,并结合学科服务的发展现状,指出图书馆的内在服务能力尤其是学科馆员的个人能力成为制约学科服务学科化、纵深化发展的主要瓶颈,这就需要将图书馆学科服务能力的建设放在与用户的价值关系的分析框架内进行考量,以用户的信息需求为参照有针对性地建立起自身的服务能力体系,且这种学科服务能力体系是一个随用户需求的变化而动态发展、渐次丰富的开放体系。The library self value is the self-satisfaction and the development demand of library,and it is the prerequisite of the realization of library＇s social value.According to the situation of subject service,this paper points out that the big bottleneck for subject service is the imperfect service ability,and the construction of subject service ability should be considered under the relationship with users＇ needs,and it is affected by the users＇ needs,the ability system contains the ability of mastering and leading users＇ needs,the ability of information organizing and knowledge discovering etc.,and because the users＇ needs keep continuous changes,the library subject ability system should be a open and dynamic system.
