摘　　要：现时期,CALIS用户通过联合目录和虚拟参考咨询平台接受CALIS的服务。在CALIS贮存图书馆的不同发展阶段,为更好地满足读者对CALIS贮存图书馆文献的个性化需求,CALIS管理中心和各成员馆应充分利用Web2.0、云计算等网络信息技术,构建个性化服务模式,揭示、整合贮存图书馆的馆藏信息,改进个性化互动服务方式,以提高储存文献的利用率。In the present age,some users accept services from CALIS through the union catalogue and virtual reference platform of its.In order to better meet the personalized needs of users in the different development stages of CALIS storage library,the management centre and each member library of CALIS should make full use of web2.0,cloud computing and other network information technology,to build individualized service model,to reveal and organize information of collections in depository library,and to improve individualized interactive services,so that it will raise the utilization of storage collections.
