遵义县水泊渡水库饮用水水源保护工作的认识及建议

摘　　要：水泊渡水库是目前遵义县范围内最大的一个水库,其饮用水水源保护区由于受区域位置、经济发展等多方面的影响,水源环境状况不容乐观。通过分析水源保护工作中存在的问题,提出加强领导、严格执行《遵义县县域饮用水水源保护规划》、加大水源保护宣传力度、建立应急预案机制、调整产业布局、建立补偿机制等建议。Shuipodu is one of the largest reservoirs in Zuiyi County. The protected areas of drinking water sources have been under threat due to its location and influence of economic development. Thus it is suggested to strengthen leadership, strictly implement Program for Protection of Drinking Water Sources in Zunyi County, enhance public education for water source conservation, set up emergency mechanism, which make adjustment to industrial pattern and build compensation mechanism.
