摘　　要：概述美国、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰等主要国家,以及重要国际组织的开放政府数据计划,比较其开放政府数据平台的异同。在此基础上,从关注数据需求、丰富数据形式、拓展数据应用、鼓励社会参与、融入社交媒体5个方面,论述对我国实施开放政府数据计划的借鉴意义。This paper summarizes the open government data plan of the United States,United Kingdom,Australia,New Zealand,and other international organizations,and compares the differences and similarities of the open government data platform of these countries and international organizations. On the basis of this,the paper discusses reference to carry out the open government data plan in China from 5 aspects,namely focusing on data demand,enriching data form,expanding data application,encouraging social participation and integrating social media.
