摘  要:介绍炼铁高炉内高温炉瘤的爆破清除工作实践。根据炉瘤的性质,形态及赋存条件,采用裸露药包外敷接触爆破法清除。阐述了炉内降温冷却,药量确定,隔热措施,药包布设等施工技术及安全校核情况。经精准施工,炉瘤爆破清除达到了预期效果。采用裸露药包外敷接触爆破法,产生的炉内爆破空气冲击波大,基于安全考虑,每次布设投放的药包药量有限。而实现药包快速定位布设投放,增加单位时间爆破次数,提高爆破除瘤效率,达到快速除瘤的效果是施工的关键。工程实践中,开始时采用滑竿药包定位布设投放速度慢,后改用滑轮滑钩药包定位布设投放,大幅提高了投药速度和除瘤效率。The blasting practice of furnace high temperature clinker was described. According to the forms and conditions of the clinker,the blasting method of bare charge was used. The cooling technology in furnace,charge a-mount,thermal insulation measures,loading and safety check were introduced. The blasting scheme reached the de-sired effect through precise construction. The blasting methods with bare charge always caused air blast wave in fur-nace,so on the safety aspect,each charge amount was limited. The demolition scheme,including fast positioning lay-out,increasing the blasting number and improving the efficiency,to remove the tumor efficiently was the key factor. In this case,the skating hook technique was applied to improve the dosing speed and removal process efficiency.
