摘  要:针对导爆索-导爆管复式起爆系统中的盲炮问题,从导爆索-导爆管联接角度、导爆索能够安全起爆导爆管的安全距离、传爆方向等3个方面进行了分析。首先,根据导爆索-导爆管起爆系统的起爆特点,建立了正向、反向传爆的数学模型,获得了最佳起爆角度范围;接着根据能量起爆机理,计算了导爆索爆轰引起的冲击波可引爆导爆管的最大搭接半径;最后,进行了不同搭接角度、不同搭接半径的导爆索-导爆管复式起爆系统的起爆模拟试验。结果表明,当导爆索-导爆管搭接角度在70°-110°传爆较为可靠,最大搭接半径在6-8.4 mm内能够可靠引爆导爆管,这与理论分析基本吻合。The misfire of the hybrid initiation system of detonating-cord and Nonel tube was analyzed,including intersection angle between detonating cord and Nonel tube,safe distance that detonating cord initiated Nonel tube and propagation direction of detonating wave. Firstly,the mathematical model of initiation system of detonating cord and Nonel tube was established by taking account into the forward and reverse propagation of detonation wave,and the reasonable range of the intersection angle was obtained,then the maximum lap radius of tubes encircling detonating cord was calculated from the energy initiation mechanism. Finally initiation tests of the hybrid initiation system of det-onating cord and Nonel were conducted with different lap radius and different intersection angles. Results show that the detonating cord initiated the Nonel when the intersection angle between the detonating cord and tube ranged from 70°to 110° and the lap radius was within 6 mm to 8. 4 mm,which agreed well with the theoretical analysis.
