摘　　要：目的回顾性分析我院2012-2013年798份用药咨询记录,提高咨询质量,促进合理用药。方法通过分析寻找用药咨询可进行的药学服务,如用法用量、适应证、不良反应、预防保健用药、配伍或禁忌、特殊人群用药(老、婴幼、孕等)、皮试、法律法规、贮存条件、有效期,以及咨询药物种类等。结果患者咨询较多的是使用方法及用法用量(307次,38.47%)、适应证(180次,22.56%)、不良反应(128次,16.04%)、预防保健用药(79次,9.90%)、配伍或禁忌(50次,6.27%)。结论通过用药咨询可发现潜在的不合理用药隐患,对解决临床中出现的不合理用药问题具有重要作用。Objective To analyze 798 medication consultations from 2012 to 2013 retrospectively,and improve the quality of medication consultation in order to promote rational drug use. Methods The pharmaceutical care in consultation,such as dosage and administration,indication,adverse drug reaction,preventive care medicine,compatibility of medicines or contraindication,medication of special population（elderly,infants and pregnant）,skin test,laws and regulations,storage condition,expiry date,drugs,and so on were analyzed. Results In the consultation,the knowledge patients required most was dosage and administration（38. 47%）,followed by indication（22. 56%）,and the adverse drug reactions,preventive care medicine and compatibility of medicines or contraindication accounted for16. 04%,9. 90% and 6. 27%. Conclusion Potential irrational drug use can be detected by medication consultations,and medication consultations is important to resolve the irrational drug use problems.
