摘  要:血脑屏障的存在使许多药物难以入脑,促进药物跨血脑屏障成为关键。纳米粒具有小粒子特征,能携载药物跨血脑屏障实现脑靶向,并提高脑内药物浓度。本文综述了PLA、PLGA、PCL、PBCA、PAMAM、CS等作为载体材料制备的纳米粒入脑的情况,并重点探讨纳米粒粒径大小、表面修饰等对入脑的影响。Delivery of many drugs is difficult into brain because of the presence of blood-brain barrier,thus,promoting drugs acrossthe blood-brain barrier become the key point. Nanoparticle can carry drugs across the blood-brain barrier to achieve brain-targeted,and improve the blood concentration in brain because of small particle characteristics.In this article,the delivery of nanoparticle which was prepared by PLA,PLGA,PCL,PBCA,PAMAM and CS as nanocarrier materials is reviewed,and the effect of particle size and surface modification of nanoparticle into brain is discussed mainly.
