不同治疗时程利多卡因乳膏对淋巴免疫治疗患者注射痛及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察不同治疗时程下,利多卡因乳膏对淋巴免疫治疗注射患者注射穿刺痛及满意度的影响。方法将行淋巴免疫治疗的139例患者随机分为4组:对照组(C组)、利多卡因1组(L1组)、利多卡因2组(L2组)及利多卡因3组(L3组)。L1组、L2组和L3组涂以复方利多卡因乳膏,C组涂以凡士林乳膏,贴3 M薄膜覆盖,L1组、L2组和L3组分别于贴薄膜后1、15及30 min时揭去薄膜后常规消毒注射,观察各组患者疼痛及满意度情况。结果与C组和L1组相比,L2组和L3组患者VAS评分降低,患者满意度升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与L2组相比,L3组患者VAS评分无显著变化,而L3组满意度降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 15 min治疗时程下,复方利多卡因乳膏可有效抑制淋巴免疫治疗注射患者的注射穿刺痛并提高其满意度。Objective To observe the analgesic effect and satisfaction of different schedules of compound lidocaine cream in immunotherapy with lymphocytes in women with recurrent spontaneous abortion（ RSA）. Methods One hundred and thirty-nine patients diagnosed as RSA caused by lacking blocking antibodies were divided into four groups,among which 104 cases served as observation group,including group L1（n = 34）,group L2（n = 38）,group L3（n =32）,other 35 cases as control group. Compound lidocaine cream was applied on the central injection point 1 min,15 min and 30 min before the treatment in group L1,group L2 and group L3 separately,while the group C received vaseline before routine treatment. The pain and satisfaction among the four groups after the injection were compared. Results Compared to group C and group L1,the VAS was decreased and the satisfaction was increased in group L2 and group L3（P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in group L2 and group L3;The satisfaction was decreased in group L3 compared to group L2,there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Applied on the patients diagnosed as RSA 15 min before injection,compound lidocaine cream could alleviate the pain of immunotherapy with lymphocytes in women with recurrent spontaneous abortion and increase the satisfaction significantly.
