摘  要:为研究标题聚合物对血吸虫尾蚴的作用,测试了该聚合物杀灭尾蚴的活性,同时详细考察了尾蚴对药物的敏感性。实验结果表明,尾蚴直接浸泡在药液中,药物对尾蚴的半数致死浓度LC50为0.338 9μg/cm2;水面药物浓度低于0.178μg/cm2,血吸虫尾蚴对该药物敏感;水面药物浓度为0.25~0.7μg/cm2,浸泡1~2 h后尾蚴对药物的敏感性下降,显示耐药趋势,提示该药物在实际使用过程需要考虑尾蚴对药物的耐药性问题。The cercaricidal activity and detailed inducing-susceptibility of PEG200-niclosamide to schistosomacercariae were investigated for the clarification of the interaction. The results indicated that the LC50 was 0. 338 9 μg / cm2 when the cercariae were placed in the solutions directly. Cercariae were susceptible to cercaricide at the condition of the surface concentration was less than 0. 178 μg / cm2. However,the susceptibility of cercariae to cercaricide tended decline and shown resistance while they were placed in the solutions for 1 ~ 2 h at the concentration of 0. 25 ~ 0. 7 μg / cm2. The results indicated that the resistance of PEG200-niclosamide should be considered in the practical application.
