异辛烷中八氟萘溶液标准物质的研制

摘　　要：异辛烷和八氟萘作为原料,采用称量-容量法研制了特性量值为100 pg/μL标题化合物,其主要用于八氟萘含量分析、气相色谱-质谱仪检定与校准、分析方法确认等。研制的标准物质通过了均匀性和稳定性考察,并与GBW(E)130245进行比对,标准物质定值结果的相对扩展不确定度为U=2%(k=2),有效期限为24个月。With isooctane and octafluoronaphthalene as raw materials,characteristic values of 100 pg / μL isooctane octafluoronaphthalene solution reference material which was primarily used for octafluoronaphthalene content analysis,gas chromatography-mass spectrometer calibration verification and other analytical methods to confirm was developed by using the reference method of weighing-volumetric method. The reference material passed the homogeneity inspection,stability examination and compared with GBW（ E） 130245. The relative expanded uncertainty of value results is 2%（ k = 2）,valid for 24 months.
