“三位一体”围术期护理管理模式的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的：应用术前准备室—手术室—麻醉恢复室“三位一体”的围术期护理管理模式对手术部进行管理。方法设立术前准备室、麻醉恢复室构成围麻醉护理单元，与手术室护理单元组成手术部，各护理单元按各自规章制度、操作规程、护理常规、工作流程和工作职责，形成完整的护理架构和工作内容。结果28个手术间年手术量达25553万台，日均手术量103台，平均每台接台时间为31 min，日手术间占有率10．01 h。手术患者平均苏醒时间（10±3）min，患者建立静脉通道给药平均时间（5．0±0．4）min，平均每台手术节约接台时间10 min。结论应用“三位一体”围术期护理管理模式更符合国际医院评审标准，医疗、护理更安全。Objective To explore the application of perioperative nursing of trinity management mode with preoperative room-operating room-post-anesthesia room in operation department.Methods Preoperative room and post-anesthesia room were made up perianesthesia unit, together with the operation unit, set up the operation suite.Each unit has nursing policies, operation standards, nursing routine, working process and job description and evaluation separately.Results After the application of perioperative nursing of trinity management mode, 28 operation rooms with surgical operation quantity 25 553 million per year, with surgical operation quantity 103 per day, averaged surgery waiting time was 31 minutes, and operation room occupancy in day was 10.01 hours.The average awakening time of patients was （ 10 ±3 ） minutes, average time of intravenous drug delivery was （5.0 ±0.4） minutes, and 10 minutes per surgery was saved.Conclusions The application of trinity of perioperative nursing management mode in operation department is meet to the standards of international hospital, and ensure medical and nursing safety.
