摘 要:目的:了解国内不同医院疼痛护理管理现状。方法:通过自设的医院疼痛护理管理问卷对40家医院进行调查。结果:40家医院中建立了疼痛护理相关制度和流程的有23家(57.5%);其中对全部门诊和住院患者、全部住院患者、部分住院患者进行常规疼痛评估的医院分别为8家、2家和25家,还有5家医院未对住院患者进行常规疼痛评估;24家医院(60.0%)有肿瘤患者的疼痛随访记录;26家医院(65.0%)开展了住院患者疼痛健康教育;18家医院(45.0%)有疼痛专科护士;20家医院(50.0%)成立了疼痛护理专科小组;在新员工的入职培训和护士继续教育中纳入了疼痛护理相关内容的医院各有25家(62.5%);40家医院在主观疼痛评估工具的使用上较为一致,客观疼痛评估工具使用差异较大。结论 :目前国内不同医院疼痛护理管理工作差异较大,疼痛护理管理工作亟待规范。Objective: To investigate the pain nursing management status in different hospitals. Method: Totally 40 hospitals were recruited by convenient sampling. Self-designed pain nursing management status questionnaires were used. Results: Of all the 40 hospitals, pain nursing related policy and procedure were established in 23 hospitals(57.5%). All inpatients and outpatients, all inpatients, part inpatients were delivered pain assessment routinely in 8 hospitals, 2 hospitals, and 25 hospitals. While inpatients' pain assessment were not delivered in the left 5 hospitals. The fellow up of pain in cancer patients were recorded in 24 hospitals(60.0%), inpatients' pain education were carried out in 26 hospitals(65.0%). There were advanced pain practice nurses in 18 hospitals(45.0%) and pain nursing professional groups in 20 hospitals(50.0%), the pain nursing course were involved in new employee training and continuing nursing education both in 25 hospitals(62.5%). There was no difference between the use of the subjective pain assessment tools, while there are quite a lot of differences between the use of the objective pain assessment tools in this group of 40 hospitals. Conclusion: The pain nursing management status in different hospitals were variable and the pain nursing management standard is needed.
