摘　　要：目的 :研制出一套适合黑龙江省三级中医院应用、表格式的腰椎间盘突出症中医专科护理记录单。方法 :运用德尔菲法进行两轮专家函询,确定表格式中医专科护理记录单的具体内容。结果 :研制出的中医专科护理记录单包括入院护理单、专病护理单、出院指导单3个一级指标、32个二级指标。结论 :表格式中医专科护理记录单科学性、专科性较强,突出了中医辨证施护的特点,顺应了中医护理的发展,为完善中医护理体系提供参考。Objective： To develop a set of specialized nursing record sheets of Lumbar intervertebral disc in teriary hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Heilongjiang province. Methods： Two rounds of expert consultation with Delphi method were used to determine the content of tabular specialized nursing record sheets. Results： The specialized nursing record sheets included three first level indexes： admission nursing record sheet, nursing care record sheet, and discharge guidance record sheet; 32 second level indexes. Conclusion： The tabular specialized nursing record sheets are very specialized and practical. They highlight the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing, conform to the development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and provide references for traditional Chinese medicine nursing system.
