摘　　要：目的 :探讨贵重肿瘤靶向"剩余药物"在临床应用中的管理新方法。方法 :对贵重肿瘤靶向"剩余药物"的保存和使用等方面制定一系列规范化管理措施,并在我科组织落实贵重肿瘤靶向"剩余药物"的管理制度、使用操作流程和存放制度等方法。结果 :在两年多的实践中,我科对于贵重肿瘤靶向"剩余药物"的管理符合医院管理要求,每次都能按时、准确地将药物给患者输注,在减轻了患者经济负担的同时也确保了药效,实施以来无差错事故的发生,提高了患者满意度。结论 :该管理新方法体现了"以患者为中心"的人性化护理精髓,值得推广。Objective： To explore a new management method of expensive leftover medications in cancer targeted therapy. Methods： We set up a series of standardized management measures related to preservation and use of expensive leftover medications in cancer targeted therapy, and then implemented the management system in our department. Results： In these two years, the management of expensive leftover medications for targeted therapy in our department met the requirements of hospital administration. The leftover medications had always been administered to the cancer patients timely and accurately to ensure the medication efficiency. Meanwhile, it also decreased medical expense for patients. No medication error occurred. Conclusion： The new management method could improve patient＇s satisfaction and reflect the essence of patient-centered care.
