摘　　要：目的 :提高腔镜器械的清洗消毒灭菌质量,控制医院感染,保证医疗安全。方法 :将全院所有腔镜器械纳入消毒供应中心集中处理,运用专业设备,专业人员对腔镜器械进行清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌。腔镜器械集中处理前和处理后分别用目测、放大镜检查和潜血试验进行清洗质量检查。结果 :腔镜器械集中处理前、后的清洗质量合格率有统计学差异,集中处理后的器械清洗质量优于集中处理前。结论 :消毒供应中心集中处理腔镜器械,能提高腔镜器械的处理质量,保障患者安全。Objective： To improve the endoscopic cleaning and sterilization, control hospital infection and ensure medical safety. Methods： Integrative management of endoscopes in Central Sterile Services Department was performed with specific equipements, and specific personnel to clean, sterilize and pack the endoscopes. Quality inspection was conducted through visual observation, maginifier examination and occult blood test before and after the integrative management of endoscopies. Result： There were significant differences in the qualified rates between the endoscopic cleaning with and without the integrative management, and the former was much better than the latter. Conclusion： Integrative management of endoscopes in Central Sterile Services Department could improve the quality of cleaning and thus ensure patient safety.
