普外科手术患者疼痛指数与护理干预效果相关性分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨普外科手术患者疼痛指数与护理干预效果的相关性。方法选择普外科手术患者，随机分为给予护理干预的观察组和常规护理的对照组，观察疼痛反应、术中和术后情况。结果术前和术后观察组NSR评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分均明显低于对照组；观察组手术时间、出血量、输血的例数、引流量、排气时间、下床时间、术后住院天数均小于对照组。结论围术期的护理干预能够有效缓解术前和术后的疼痛反应，对于普外科手术患者的治疗和恢复均具有积极意义。Objective To study the correlation between pain index and nursing intervention effect in general surgery operation patients.Methods Patients in department of general surgery were selected and randomly divided into the observation group given nursing intervention and control group given usual care.Pain response, intraoperative and postoperative condition were observed.Results The preoperative and postoperative NSR score （numerical rating scale）, HAMA score （hamilton anxiety scale）, HAMD （hamilton depression scale） score of observation group were significantly lower than those in control group;the operation time, bleeding volume, blood transfusion cases, drainage, discharge time, recovery time, postoperative hospital stay of observation group were less than those of the control group.Conclusions Nursing intervention which can effectively alleviate the preoperative and postoperative pain response has positive significance for patients in department of general surgery.
