降压药服用时间对肾性高血压患者肾功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨降压药服用时间对肾性高血压患者肾功能的影响。方法将192例肾性高血压患者按入院顺序先后随机分为研究组96例和对照组96例。研究组根据患者血压昼夜节律给予调整服药时间，而对照组按传统服药时间给药，随访半年后，观察两组肾性高血压患者夜间收缩压和舒张压下降的有效率及肾功能情况，并进行比较。结果研究组患者夜间收缩压下降有效率为80.21％，舒张压下降有效率为77.08％，而对照组患者夜间收缩压下降有效率为58.33％，舒张压下降有效率为57.29％，两者比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01），研究组患者肾功能各项指标均较好，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论掌握人体生理病理的时间节律，对肾性高血压患者实施适时给药，能明显有效、全程平稳降压，对改善肾性高血压患者降压效果以及保护其肾功能具有非常重要的现实意义。Objective To explore the effect of taking blood pressure reduction medicine at different time on kidney function of patients with renal hypertension.Methods A total of 192 cases of the patients with renal hypertension were divided into study group with 96 cases and control group with 96 cases at random in order.The study group used the adjusting time for taking medical according to the patients suffered high blood in the dynamic day and night but the control group used the medicine depended on the traditional taking medicine time only.After the half year, the drop effectiveness rates of night mean systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure and renal function of patients were compared between two groups.Results The drop effectiveness rate of night mean systolic blood pressure of the patients in the study group was 80.21%;The drop effectiveness rate of diastolic blood pressure of the patients was 77.08% but in the control group they were 58.33%, 57.29%respectively.The differences were significantly （ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusions Mastering time rhythm of the body physiological pathology, giving medicine to the patients with renal hypertension suitably can evidently drop the blood pressure effectively.It has a very important realistic meaning for the improvement of the patients with renal hypertension effectively to protect the renal function.
