摘  要:为了解决镇城底矿综采面瓦斯浓度经常超限影响生产的难题,通过现场考察,分析了形成瓦斯异常区域的原因,对22611综采面上隅角瓦斯积聚的机理进行研究,据此提出优化通风系统、顶板走向水平长钻孔抽放、上隅角双埋管抽放相结合的综合治理措施,并安装监测设备进行监控。现场监测结果表明:该综合措施治理综采面瓦斯积聚效果明显,确保了瓦斯异常综采面的安全高效生产,为类似条件下低瓦斯矿井综采面瓦斯的防治提供了借鉴。In order to solve the problem of frequent gas overrun at fully mechanized mining face in Zhenchengdi coal mine,the causes of formation of abnormal gas zones was analyzed through site inspection.On the basis of the research on the mechanism of gas accumulation in the upper corner of No.22611 fully mechanized mining face,the comprehensive measures were put forward,such as optimizing ventilation system,drainage by horizontal long boreholes along roof, drainage by double buried pipes in the upper corner,combined with monitoring equipment to mo-nitor.Site monitoring results indicated that the gas accumulation was effectively controlled by these comprehensive measures,and the safe and efficient production was ensured at fully mecha-nized mining face with abnormal gas,providing a reference for the prevention and control of gas at fully mechanized mining face under the similar conditions in low gas coal mine.
