摘  要:目的考察甲壳胺胶囊对长航核潜艇艇员免疫功能的影响。方法将艇员随机分为2组:对照组不服用任何药物,用药组在航行期间服用甲壳胺胶囊,每次3粒,每天2次,共计25 d。检测出航前后各组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞(CD16+)活性、T淋巴细胞凋亡率、IL-2和IL-2受体(sIL-2R)变化以及免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG及C3、C4水平。结果甲壳胺胶囊可提高CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞亚群的百分率,显著改善CD4+/CD8+比值,使NK细胞的活性增强。促进IL-2分泌、使sIL-2R水平降低。明显增加IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4水平。结论甲壳胺胶囊对长航核潜艇艇员的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能均具有显著的调节作用。Objective To observe and evaluate the reguatory effect of chitosan capsules on immune fuction of sailors in nuclear-powered submarines during long voyages. Methods The subjects were divided into administration group chitosan capsute 3 pills ,twice daily for 25 d and non-administration group. T cells ,NK cells ,the apoptosis rate of T cells, IL-2 and sIL-2R and the level of IgA,IgM,IgG,C3 ,C4 were measured. Results After a long-term voyage, the number of CD3 + , CD4+ ,NK cells( CD16 + )and the level of IL-2 and IgA,IgM,IgG,C3 ,C4 in administration group were significantly higher and the level of sIL-2R was lower than those in non-administration group. Conclusion Chitosan eapsules can regu- late the cellular and humoral immune fuction of sailors in nuclear-powered submarines during long voyages.
