摘　　要：目的制备塞来昔布水凝胶并对其质量进行评价。方法以壳聚糖为凝胶基质,以月桂氮酮和油酸为透皮吸收促进剂,制备外用凝胶;采用HPLC法测定塞来昔布含量。结果该法制得的水凝胶饱和溶胀度、黏附性好,刺激性小;含量测定方法准确可靠。结论该方法可用于塞来昔布水凝胶的制备和质量控制。Objective To prepare celecoxib hydrogels and assess the quality. Methods Celecoxib hydrogels for external use were prepared using chitosan as the base, laurocapram and oleic acid as the skin penetration enhan- cer. The drug content was determined by HPLC. Results The preparation had a good saturated swelling degree, strong adhesiveness, and little excitation. Conclusion This method can be used in the preparation and quality control of celecoxib hydrogels.
