摘  要:目的建立一种盐酸普鲁卡因注射液含量的测定方法。方法使用总有机碳测定仪测定盐酸普鲁卡因注射液的含量,并与HPLC法测得的结果进行比较,验证总有机碳分析法测定盐酸普鲁卡因注射液含量的可行性。结果盐酸普鲁卡因在0.1~2.0μg·ml^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.5%(n=6)。总有机碳分析法和HPLC法测得的含量结果一致。结论总有机碳分析法操作简单、快速、准确,适用于盐酸普鲁卡因注射液含量的测定。Objective To establish a method for assessing the concentration of procaine hydrochloride injec- tion. Methods The concentration of procaine hydrochloride injection was measured by total organic carbon ( TOC ) and the result was compared with HPLC method. Results The linear range of procaine hydrochloride was 0.1 - 2.0 μg -ml^-1. The average recovery ( n =6) was 99.5% ,while RSD was 1.5% ( n =6). Accordant results by TOC a- nalysis method and by HPLC method was observed. Conclusion TOC is an easy, quick and accurate method for de- termination of procaine hydrochloride injection.
