摘  要:目的建立苯扎溴铵器械消毒液中苯扎溴铵的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定苯扎溴铵含量,Agilent SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为0.07 mol·l^-1乙酸铵(内含1%三乙胺)-乙腈(30∶70)〔醋酸调pH(3.0±0.1)〕,检测波长为262 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min^-1,进样量为10μl。结果苯扎溴铵在浓度为600~1600μg·ml^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为1.06%。结论 HPLC法简单准确、样品无需处理,可以用于苯扎溴铵器械消毒液的含量测定。Objective To establish a determination method of benzhalkonium bromide solution for disinfec- tion of instruments. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of benzhalkonium bromide solution for disin- fection of instruments. An Agilent SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) was used with a mobile phase com- posed of 0.07 mol-L^-1 ammonium acetate solution (1% triethylamine)-acetonitrile (30: 70). The pH value was adjusted to (3.0 ± 0.1 ) by glacial acetic acid. The detection wavelength was 262 nm, the flow rate 1.0 ml. min^- 1, and the injection volume 10 μl. Results Within the range of 600 -1600 ±g .ml^-1, the concentration of benzalkonium bromide showed a good linear relationship within the peak area ( r = 0. 9999). The average recovery was 100.0% with an RSD of 1.06%. Conclusion The established method is simple, specific, reliable and reproduci- ble,which can be used for quality control of benzhalkonium bromide solution for disinfection of instruments.
