摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定排氚片中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法色谱柱：Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-水（32∶68）;流速：1.0 ml·min^-1;进样量：10μl。结果黄芪甲苷进样量在0.408~1.632μg范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.04%,RSD为0.14%。结论本方法简便准确,快速可靠,可用于排氚片的含量测定和质量控制。Objective To establish a method for determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Paichuan tablets by HPLC. Methods HPLG-EISD was used in the quantitative analysis with Diamonsil C18as the chromatography column（ 4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm ） and acetonitrile-water（32：68） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml .min^-1. Results A good linearity of astragaloside Ⅳ was obtained within the range of 0. 408 - 1. 632 μg. The average recovery was 100. 04% and RSD was 0. 14%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for quality control of this preparation.
