摘　　要：运用集成栽培技术,开展广两优272示范种植。结果表明,该品种分蘖能力强,成穗率高,植株健壮,源、库、流比例协调,穗大粒多,结实性好,茎叶持绿期长,叶青子黄,经农业部组织专家现场测产验收,单产12 051 kg/hm2,达到超级稻产量标准。Using the integrated cultivation techniques,large area demonstration planting of Guangliangyou 272 was carried out.Results showed that Guangliangyou 272 had strong tillering,high percentage of productive tiller,sturdy plant,harmonious source-sink and transportation relationship,large panicle and more spikelet,high seed setting percentage,long stay green period of stem and leaves,green leaves and yellow seeds at mature period.On-site production measured by expert group organized by Ministry of Agrieulture of the People＇s Republic of China,Guangliangyou 272 had yield of 12 051 kg/hm^2,reaching the standard of super riee.
