内生真菌次生代谢产物量与培养时间的关系

摘　　要：从辽宁省西北地区根系土壤中分离得到No015号和No016号两株内生真菌,对其进行液体培养,从第5天开始,连续13 d进行次生代谢产物干物质重的测量。结果表明,液体培养10 d为两株内生真菌次生代谢产物产生的高峰期。Two strains of endophytic fungus named as No015 and No016 were isolated from root-zone soil in Northwestern Liaoning,and cultured in liquid.Starting from the 5th day,dry matter weight of the secondary metabolites were measured for 13 consecutive days.The results showed that the production of secondary metabolites reached the peak in the 10 th day of cultivation.
