摘  要:以当归(Angelica sinensis)"90-02"号为材料,采用大田试验研究连作对当归产量和品质的影响,并测定了未种植当归的马铃薯田土壤(对照)和当归-马铃薯-当归轮作土壤、当归-当归连作土壤中尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum Schl.)的数量。结果表明,连作导致当归产量下降,其根鲜重、分根数均极显著下降,根长显著下降,对幼苗生长以及生理特性也有较大影响;当归-马铃薯-当归轮作土壤、当归-当归连作土壤中尖孢镰刀菌数量比种植马铃薯田土壤(对照)的均极显著增多,分别是对照土壤中的12.63和12.90倍,当归-当归连作土壤中尖孢镰刀菌数量与当归-马铃薯-当归轮作土壤的相比也极显著增多。结果表明,当归连作障碍导致其产量和品质均显著降低,尖孢镰刀菌数量增多是引起当归根腐病的主要原因,也可能是当归发育生长的主要障碍因素之一。Angelica siensis is planted at Minxian county of Gansu province.The development of relevant industries of this herb is severely limited by its continuous cropping obstacle.A.sinensis No.90-02 was used to study the impact of continuously cropping of A.sinensis on its yield and quality by field experiment.The numbers of Fusarum oxysporum in the rhizospheric soil of A.sinensis and that in the soil without A.sinensis (the control) were measured.The results showed that continuously cropping resulted in significant decrease of the yield and root length (P<0.05) and significant decrease of the fresh root weight and root numbers both (P<0.01).Seedling growth and physioloyical character had strong effect.The numbers of F.oxysporum in the A.sinensis-A.sinensis and A.sinensis-Solanum tuberosum-A.sinensis soils were significantly higher than that of the control (P<0.01),which were 12.63 and 12.90 times more than the control.The number of F.oxysporum in A.sinensis-A.sinensis soil was significantly higher than that of A.sinensis-S.tuberosum-A.sinensis soil (P<0.01).It is indicated that continuously cropping leads to the significant decrease of yield and quality of A.sinensis.The serious continuous cropping obstacle might be result from the increasing numbers of F.oxysporum in its rhizosphere.
