不同辅料的微生态拌料发酵鸡粪营养成分分析

摘　　要：应用复合微生态制剂—速酵宝,以麸皮、三七糠、花生藤粉为辅料,按照不同比例与鸡粪混合后在室温下进行发酵,并进行发酵料品质分析。结果表明,7kg鸡粪+3 kg麸皮组、7kg鸡粪+1.5kg麸皮+1.5 kg花生藤粉组,粪料的酸香味最浓郁,质地最松软,猪采食无选择性,pH下降至4以下。同时,粪料中的粗蛋白含量分别为21.73%、18.63%,粗纤维含量分别为9.88%、15.75%,营养品质最佳。从初步研究结果看,7 kg鸡粪+3 kg麸皮组、7 kg鸡粪+1.5 kg麸皮+1.5 kg花生藤粉组的发酵混合料可以代替一定比例的配合饲料饲喂生长肥育猪。Using microecologics sujiaobao from Beijing sikefu biological technology Co.,LTD as material,the chicken manure were fermented with wheat bran,riee bran and peanut vine powder of different combinations at room temperature and took to analyze fermentation quality.The results showed that the groups of 7 kg chicken manure ＋3 kg wheat bran and 7 kg chicken manure ＋ 1.5 kg wheat bran ＋ 1.5 kg peanut vine powder were the best.The fecal material were balmy sour and soften.pH value decreased to below 4.Pig feeding had no selectivity.The nutritional quality in the two groups were best while the crude protein content of fecal material were 21.73％ 18.63％,respectively.Crude fiber content were 9.88％ and 15.75％,respectively.It is indicated that the fermented mixture of 7 kg chicken manure ＋ 3 kg wheat bran and 7 kg chicken manure ＋ 1.5 kg wheat bran ＋ 1.5 kg peanut vine powder with microecologics could substitute formulated diet of finishing pig in certain portion.
