摘 要:选择健康荷斯坦牛36头,随机分成对照组和海南霉素组,每组18头牛。对照组饲喂基础日粮,海南霉素组为基础日粮中添加2 mg·kg-1的海南霉素,预饲期10 d,正试期45 d。试验始末对试验牛称重,试验结束时采血,用于测定尿素氮、血糖、非酯化脂肪酸、β-羟丁酸、胰岛素和胰高血糖素。结果表明,日粮中添加海南霉素显著提高血浆胰岛素浓度25.50%(P=0.04),也增加了血浆中胰岛素与胰高血糖素比例(P=0.01)。与对照组相比,添加海南霉素降低了17.25%的血浆尿素氮(P=0.03),提高肉牛血浆中葡萄糖含量16.39%(P=0.01)。而添加海南霉素对肉牛血浆非酯化脂肪酸和β-羟丁酸含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮中添加海南霉素显著提高肉牛日增重7.48%(P<0.05),改善了饲料效率(6.96%,P<0.05)。总之,饲喂海南霉素具有促进肉牛生长,提高氮及能量的利用,并提高了肉牛的生产性能。A total of thirty six male beef cattle were used to examine the effects of hainanmycin (HAI) supplementations on blood metabolic parameters and growth performance. The animals were allotted to one of two treatment diets in a completely randomized design. The two treatment diets were basal diet (control) and basal diet supplemented with HAl. The growth performance trial included 10 days adaptation period and 42 days growth data collection period. Cattles were weighed before morning feeding on two consecutive days both at initiation and the end of the trial to determine body weight (BW) gain. After end of experiment,the blood sampled was used to determine urea nitrogen, glucose, non-esterified fatty acid (NEFA), β-hydroxybutyrate (BHBA),insulin and glucagon. Plasma urea-N concentration was decreased (P〈0.05) by HAI supplementation,and plasma insulin and glucose concentrations and insulin to glueagons ratio were increased by HAI (P〈0.05). However, plasma NEFA and BHBA concentrations were unaffected (P〉0.05). HAI supplementation increased average daily gain (ADG) by 7.48% compared with the control diet (P〈 0.05). HAI supplementation resulted in a significant improvement (P〈0.05) of feed efficiency over the control diet (6.96%,P〈 0.05 ). In conclusion, HAI could improve beef growth, utilization of nitrogen and energy, and performance of beef cattle.
