摘 要:为了优选板蓝根中表告依春水溶液提取法的最佳提取工艺,以表告依春含量为评价指标,首先通过单因素试验法考察了加水倍数、提取时间、浸泡时间和提取次数四个因素对提取效果的影响,在此基础上,采用正交试验设计,优选最佳提取工艺。结果表明:各因素对提取工艺的影响顺序为加水倍数>提取时间>提取次数>浸泡时间,最佳提取工艺为加入20倍量的水,浸泡60 min,提取60 min,提取1次。该提取工艺简单、可行,重复性好,可用于板蓝根中表告依春的提取。To optimize the water-extraction process of epigoitrin from Radix isatidis and chose extraction amount of epigoitrin as index, the effects of liquid-solid ratio, soaking time, extracting time and extraction times on extraction technology were investigated by single factor experiments. Based on the results, the best extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment design. The results showed that the effects of each factors on extraction process was that liquid-solid ratio 〉extracting time 〉extraction times 〉 soaking time. The optimum extraction process was as following:adding 20 times water,soaking 60 min,extracting 60 min and extracting 1 time. This optimized technology was simple,feasible and good repeatability,which could be used to extract epigoitrin from Radix isatidis.
