摘 要:通过考察Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans(A.ferrooxidans)和Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans(A.thiooxidans)的混合比例对Fe2+和S2O32-氧化及对H2S脱除的影响,来构建一组脱硫混合菌系。结果表明,当A.ferrooxidans和A.thiooxidans的最佳混合比例为1∶2时,Fe2+的氧化率达最大值99.6%,S2O32-氧化导致的p H降至最低1.03,而H2S的脱除率可达99.2%。因此,构建的脱硫混合菌系具有较好的应用潜力,可以用于H2S的脱除。The desulfurated mixed microbial culture capable of removing H2S was established by co-cuhures of A. ferrooxidans and A. thiooxidans. The effects of the proportion between A. ferrooxidans and A. thiooxidans on the oxidation of Fe^2+ and S2O3^2- and the removal of H2S were investigated. The results indicated that the optimal proportion between A. ferrooxidans and A. thiooxidans was 1:2,the oxidation rate of Fe^2+ attained to the maximum value of 99.6%,pH declined to 1.03 due to the oxidation of S2O3^2- ,and the removal efficiency of H2S attained to 99.2% under this condition. The constructed herein of desulfurated mixed culture was the potential candidate consortium for the removal of H2S.
