中国快递企业实现精益物流措施分析

摘　　要：规模不断做大的中国快递企业,经历了粗放型的成长之后,管理上的短板对企业做强的制约愈发明显。快递企业生存和发展的关键是对顾客的要求做出快速反应,同时为顾客提供优质的服务,面对这样的要求,从经营模式、标准化体系的建立、服务质量、人才建设、物流技术和信息系统等角度提出了中国快递企业实现精益物流的具体措施,指出了中国快递企业发展的必由之路是实现精益物流。In this paper, we argued that the Chinese express delivery enterprises should re-position themselves in line of the thinking on the modern management practice, then from the angles of operational mode, standard system, service quality, talent construction, logistics technology and information system, proposed the specific measures to realize lean logistics for the Chinese express delivery enterprises, and at the end, pointed out that lean logistics was the necessary path for the Chinese express delivery enterprises.
