摘　　要：首先阐述了多元化市场需求驱动下我国铁路货运物流的发展现状,其次分析了铁路物流电子商务系统的要素构成、市场发展需求及业务拓展需求,最后在此基础上阐述了我国铁路电子物流系统的转型措施。In this paper, we first introduced the current status of the railway freight transportation industry driven by diversified market demand, then analyzed the composition, market demand and business extension of the railway logistics e-commerce system, and at the end, elaborated on the measures for the transformation of the system in China.
