摘　　要：从供应链的角度,结合调研分析,以辽宁省为例,系统梳理了我国钢铁企业与港口协同运营中存在的战略与运营层面问题,提出了战略协同、组织协同、信息协同、物流协同、资本协同、激励协同等方案,设计了协同运作模式。In this paper, starting from the angle of supply chain, and in connection with a field survey of the Liaoning province, we went systematically over the problems in the strategy and collaborative operation of the steel enterprises and ports in China, proposed a series of solutions for the problems, and at the end, designed the collaborative operation mode.
