摘 要:采用一体化膜生物反应器处理模拟氨氮废水,通过改变温度、pH、DO实现了反应器中短程硝化的稳定运行.结果表明,在进水氨氮、COD分别为67~86、240~342 mg/L的情况下,当温度为30℃、进水pH为8.1时,通过逐渐降低DO至1.2mg/L,亚硝态氮得到富集,氨氮和COD的去除率均能达到80%以上,且系统的耐冲击负荷能力较好;整个运行期间保持了较高的混合液悬浮固体浓度(MLSS),处于3 200~8 210 mg/L,污泥沉降比和污泥体积指数(SVI)相对稳定,SVI处于75~138 mL/g.An integrated membrane bioreactor was applied to treat simulate ammonia nitrogen sewage,in which the steady shortcut nitrification and denitrification process was achieved by adjusting the operation conditions such as temperature,pH,and DO.Results showed that when the inflow ammonia nitrogen was 67-86 mg/L,COD was 240-342 mg/L,temperature was 30 ℃,pH was 8.1,gradually reducing DO dosage to 1.2 mg/L,nitrite nitrogen could successfully enriched in the reactor,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and COD both exceed 80%.The system exhibited perfect resistance to shock loads,the mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) of system kept as high as 3 200-8 210 mg/L during the whole operating process,the sludge settling ratio and sludge volume index were also kept stable,the SVI maintained at a proper level of 75-138 mL/g.
