摘 要:以湘潭电机股份有限公司研制的某型号内置式直驱永磁风力发电机作为研究对象,提出可将表贴式磁极结构应用于永磁风力发电机.为了使得计算结果具有可对比性,计算了一个与内置式电机额定参数相同的表贴式电机方案.对这两种不同结构的电机进行了不同状况下的电磁场计算,计算结果表明表贴式电机的空载感应电势、效率和功率因数均高于内置式电机,但抗去磁能力弱于内置式电机.表贴式电机的磁钢用量低于同规格的内置式电机,可降低电机制造成本.The paper proposes that the surface-mounted magnetic pole structure can be applied to the per- manent magnet wind-driven generator. The study subject is a type of the interior permanent magnet wind- driven generator developed by XEMC. The electromagnetic solution of the surface-mounted generator whose rated parameters are the same as the interior generator is calculated in order to have a comparison. The electromagnetic field of two different structure generators under different conditions is calculated in the paper. The calculation results show that the back EMF, efficiency and power factor exceed the interior generator, but the capability to resist demagnetization is weaker it. The magnet consumption of the sur- face-mounted generator is less than the same specification interior generator; therefore the manufacturing costs are lowered.
