易层贴敷治疗踝关节急性软组织损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 系统评估易层贴敷治疗踝关节急性软组织损伤的临床疗效.方法 将160例踝关节急性软组织损伤患者随机分为2组,每组各80例.治疗组使用易层贴敷疗法治疗,对照组使用奇正消痛贴治疗,共7d.观察2组疼痛、肿胀、关节功能障碍、皮温差值的改善情况,进行量化评分.结果 治疗组总有效率98.7％,对照组94.7％,2组比较,P＜0.05;治疗组在疼痛、肿胀、关节功能障碍及皮温差值的指标积分改善显著优于对照组（P＜0.05～0.01）.结论 易层贴敷疗法在治疗踝关节急性软组织损伤具有良好的疗效.OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effect of Layers adjusting external application therapy on acute ankle soft tissue injury.METHODS 160 cases of acute ankle soft tissue injury were randomly divided into 2 groups,80 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with layers adjusting external application therapy,and the control group was treated with Qizheng Pain-relieving Paste for 7 days.The indexes of pain,swelling,joint dysfunction and skin temperature difference were evaluated before and after treatment,quantitative scoring.RESULTS The curative was 98.7% in the treatment group,and 94.7% in the control group（P〈0.05）.The indexes of pain,swelling,joint dysfunction and skin temperature difference were remarkably improved in the treatment group as compared with the control group （P 〈0.05 ～ 0.01）.CONCLUSION Layers adjusting external application therapy may be effective in treating acute ankle soft-tissue injury.
