益肾壮骨免煎颗粒治疗维持性血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进40例

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾壮骨免煎颗粒治疗维持性血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的临床疗效。方法选择维持性血液透析患者中继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者80例,采用平行对照研究方法,随机分为对照组40例和治疗组40例,均予常规基础治疗,治疗组同时加用益肾壮骨免煎颗粒,连续治疗12个月;比较2组临床疗效、临床症状和血清学指标钙(Ca2+)、磷(P3+)、甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨密度(BMD)等指标改善情况。结果治疗组和对照组治疗12个月后总有效率分别为92.5%、77.5%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗12个月后临床症状积分及各项生化指标较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论益肾壮骨免煎颗粒能明显改善维持性血液透析患者的继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的临床症状,同时降低血清甲状旁腺激素水平,改善钙磷代谢紊乱,提高骨密度,具有较好临床疗效。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yishen Zhuanggu granules in the treatmen of maintenance hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism.METHODS 80 maintenance hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism were selected,and in accordance with the parallel study method,these patients were randomly divided into two groups：the control group and the treatment group both with 40 cases.Both were treated with conventional therapy.Besides,the treatment group was treated withYishen Zhuanggu granules for12months.Comparison between the two groups in clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and calcium（Ca2＋）,phosphorus （p3＋）,parathyroidhormone （iPTH）,alkalinephosphatase （ALP）,bonemineraldensity （BMD） were made.RESULTS The total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group after 12 months of treatment were 92.5% and 77.5% respectively.The rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）.The improvement of clinical symptoms and biochemical indexes were more obvious in the treatment group than that of the control group.There was statistically significantly difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Yishen Zhuanggu granules can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of maintenance hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism,and at the same time lower serum parathyroid hormone levels,improve the disorders of calcium and phosphorus metabolism,and increase bone density.
