新型城镇化对湖南居民收入倍增的影响及对策

摘　　要："新型城镇化"与"收入倍增"是一对相互促进的关系,党的"十八大"分别赋予了两者新的内涵。在对新内涵重新解读的基础上,结合湖南省实际情况分析,发现该省的城镇化率和收入现状与所要实现的目标值还存在一定的差距。因此,建议通过转变经济发展方式、缩小城乡差距、完善户籍制度、调整收入分配结构等措施来达成相应目标。The relation of “new-type urbanization” and “income double-growth” is an interaction with each other, under the background of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it gives the new connotation for each other. On the basis of a new interpretation for the new connotation, analysis combined with the actual situation of Hunan province, it found that the province＇s urbanization rate and income status and to achieve the target value also has certain gap. Therefore, we suggest that by turning the develop way, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, improving the household registration system, adjusting the structure of income distribution and other measures to achieve the corresponding goal.
