摘 要:将气井的射孔段考虑为函数节点,建立了气井产能预测与射孔密度的优化方法。以射孔完井为研究对象,基于函数节点法,结合产量方程、垂直管流公式以及Mcleod公式,利用VB编程工具,绘制出射孔处的流入动态曲线和流出动态曲线,根据射孔内外侧井底压力差值与射孔处压力损失值,最终确定压差和压力损失随产量的变化曲线。根据压差曲线与不同射孔密度下压力损失曲线的交点,研究气井产气量在不同射孔密度下的变化情况,从而预测气井产能并优化气井射孔密度。通过实例应用,优化出该井的射孔密度为20孔/m,预测产能为39×104m3/d,表明函数节点法科学合理,能够用以优化射孔密度并预测气井产能,对指导气田采气工艺有重要的意义。By viewing the perforating interval of gas well as a function node,this paper establishes a method to predict the productivity of gas well and optimize the perforating density.Based on function node method and combined with productivity equation,vertical pipe flow equation and Mcleod equation,perforated competition has been analyzed through Visual Basic to draw the curve of inflow and outflow of perforating interval.By coordinating the difference value of inside and outside pressure of perforating interval and the lose pressure of perforating interval,the curve of pressure difference value in different productivity and perforating density can be determined at last.The productivity can be predicted and the perforating density can be optimized by studying the joint of pressure difference curve,the loss pressure curve and the changes of productivity in different perforating densities.An actual well is optimized with the well perforation density of 20 holes per meter,prediction capacity of 0.003,9 million m3 per day.This method is scientific and reasonable,and can be used to optimize perforating density and to predict productivity of gas well,having important significance for guiding the gas production of gas field.
