摘 要:百色油田那读组储层具有岩石胶结疏松、水敏性极强的特征,为了提高井壁稳定性及保护油气层,提出了使用油基钻井液。文中通过广泛技术调研形成油基钻井液基础配方,并对其进行常规性能、抗污染性、抑制性及润滑性评价;针对基础配方黏切偏低,对配方中的提切剂加量进行了优选,形成了一套油基钻井液体系方案,并在该区块第1口水平井K8-6HF井进行了首次应用。现场应用表明,油基钻井液性能稳定,失水低,泥饼质量好,井壁稳定性好,封堵防塌能力强,携岩性好,满足现场施工要求,为解决该区块井壁失稳及油气层保护问题提供了新的工艺技术。Nadu Formation reservoir of Baise Oilfield is characterized by loose cementation and strong water sensitivity.In order to improve the wellbore stability and protect reservoir,the well was decided to use oil-based drilling fluid.Through extensive technology research,a basic oil-based drilling fluid composition was determined and its characteristics were tested,such as conventional property,cuttings and water-resistant ability,inhibitory and lubricity.For its low viscosity and gels,the amount of shear strengthening agent was optimized.And a set of oil-based drilling fluid systems were formed and applied in Well K8-6HF.Field application shows that the oil-based drilling fluid has such advantages as stable properties,low fluid loss,good mud cake,strong plugging capability and cuttings carrying capability.The oil-based drilling fluid can meet the field operation and provide a new idea for the wellbore instability and reservoir protection in this area.
