摘　　要：在现代大学图书馆流通阅览服务中,读者服务观念正从"以书为本"向"以人为本"转变,读者服务模式由原来的"以馆藏为中心"向"以读者为中心"转移,对读者服务艺术的深入调查研究,有助于更好地促进大学图书馆的读者服务工作。In modern university library＇s circulation service,the reader service concept is transformed from the bookoriented service to the human-oriented service as well as the reader service mode is transformed from the traditional collection-centered mode to the modern reader-centered mode. And the intensive investigation of reader service arts is conducive to better promote the reader service of university library.
