高校图书馆基于高技能人才培养模式的信息服务探析

摘　　要：界定了高技能人才培养模式,阐述了高校图书馆对高技能人才培养的先天优势,基于高校图书馆信息服务现状,从建立区域内馆际联盟、实施校企文化融合的馆藏建设、开展个性化信息服务等方面,提出了校企合作的信息服务对策,以期对今后高技能人才培养模式的实现路径研究起到积极的导向作用。This paper defines high-skilled personnel training mode, expounds the inherent advantages of university library in calculation of high-skilled personnel, and based on the current status of university library＇s information service,and puts forward some countermeasures for the information service based on university-enterprise cooperation from aspects of establishing the interlibrary alliance within an area, implementing the collection construction based on the cultural integration between university and enterprise, and carrying out the individualized information service, etc., hoping to play a positive guiding role in the future study on the paths for implementing the high-skilled personnel training mode.
