近10年阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征研究热点的文献计量分析  

Bibliometric Analysis on the Research Hotspots on Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome(OSAHS)in Recent 10 Years

摘　　要：目的:对近年来国际上阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)的研究热点进行分析。方法:对2004年1月—2013年12月美国国立医学图书馆Pubmed数据库收录的相关文献采用书目信息共现挖掘系统(BICOMS)进行文献计量分析,利用PASW19.0统计软件对高频主题词进行共词聚类分析并描绘聚类关系图。结果:共检出OSAHS相关文献8 710篇,相关高频主题词共35个,共词聚类分析发现高频主题词聚类为6个类别。结论:近年国际对OSAHS的关注和发文量逐年增加,OSAHS的研究热点主要集中在手术治疗、病因学、多导睡眠图诊断技术、流行病学研究、并发症治疗、影像学检查等6个领域。Objective： To analyze the international research hotspots on OSAHS in recent years. Methods： The bibliometric method was used to analyze the related literatures about OSAHS collected in Pubmed database of America＇s Nationa Library of Medicine during the period from January 2004 to December 2013 adopting the bibliometric information co-occurrence mining system（BICOMS）, and the PASW 19.0 statistical software was used carry out the co-word clustering analysis on the high frequency keywords of published literatures and to describe the clustering relationship diagram.Results： A total of 8 710 OSAHS related literatures were retrieved with 35 high frequency keywords that were clustered into6 categories through the co-word clustering analysis. Conclusions： Recently,the international focus of OSAHS and the number of published literatures are increasing year by year, and the research hotspots of OSAHS mainly concentrated in 6fields including the operative treatment, etiology, polysomnography diagnostic technique,epidemiologic study,complications treatment,and imaging examination.
