摘　　要：阐述了道德(包括社会主义道德、职业道德、教师道德以及文献情报工作的职业道德)的含义,分析了图书文献情报工作职业道德规范的内涵,讨论了加强图书馆职业道德建设的意义。This paper expounds the meanings of the ethics including the socialist ethics, professional ethics, teacher＇s ethics, and literature information work＇ s ethics, and analyzes the connotations of the code of professional ethics of library＇ s literature information work, and discusses the significance of strengthening the construction of the professional ethics in library＇ s literature information work.
