生物反馈疗法对银屑病患者外周血T细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的　检测银屑病患者生物反馈治疗前后外周血CD3+ ,CD4 + 及 CD8+ 细胞数分数 ,探讨生物反馈疗法治疗的可能机制 .方法　寻常型银屑病患者 30 (男 17,女 13)例 ,年龄 17～ 5 0岁 ;对照组 2 0 (男 9,女 11)例 ,年龄 2 0～ 4 8岁 .于生物反馈治疗 (激素或免疫抑制剂 )前和治疗后 3mo用 SP法(全称链菌素亲生物素 -过氧化酶连接法 )测定外周血 T细胞亚群 .结果　与对照比较 ,进展期银屑病患者细胞分数 CD3+细胞无明显改变 ,CD4 + (0 .2 8± 0 .0 6 vs0 .36± 0 .0 8,P<0 .0 1)明显增高 ,但 CD8+ (0 . 32± 0 .0 7vs 0 . 2 4± 0 .0 3,P<0 .0 1)明显低下 .经生物反馈治疗后 ,CD3+ (0 .5 8± 0 .0 9vs0 .6 6± 0 .0 6 ,P<0 .0 5 )和 CD4 + (0 .2 8± 0 .0 7vs0 .36±0 .0 7,P<0 .0 1)均有明显升高 ;而 CD8+无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) .结论　生物反馈可能是通过改善患者 T细胞免疫而达到治疗银屑病 .AIM To explore the feasibility of biofeedback therapy for psoriasis patients and to determine the number fractions of peripheral blood CD3 +, CD4 + and CD8 + cells inpsoriasis patients before and after the biofeedback treatment. METHODS Number fractions of peripheral blood CD3 +, CD4 + and CD8 + cells were determined by the SP (biotin streptavidin peroxides) methods in the biofeedback therapy (pre therapy and post therapy) for psoriasis patients ( n =30, male 17, female 13, 17~50 years), and in control ( n =20, male 9, female 11, 20~48 years). RESULTS CD4 + cell number fraction (0.28±0.06 vs 0.36±0.08, P <0.01) was significantly higher and CD8 + (0.32±0.07 vs 0.24±0.03, P <0.01) was lower than those of the controls ( P <0.01), but no changes in that of CD3 were found. In addition, we had determined the number fractions of peripheral blood CD3, CD4 and CD8 + cells of 10 psoriasis patients out of the 30, who received continued biofeedback therapy for more than 3 months, and their CD3 + (0.58± 0.09 vs 0.66±0.06, P <0.05) and CD4 + (0.28±0.07 vs 0.36±0.07, P <0.01)were higher than those of pretreatment, and CD8 + did not change ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION Biofeedback therapy may cure psoriasis patients by adjusting the T cell immunily
