摘  要:为了满足井下充填堵漏对灌浆防灭火材料的强度要求,在水泥-粉煤灰灌浆防灭火材料的浆液固化实验基础上,结合X射线衍射分析手段,研究了水泥掺量对粉煤灰浆液的初凝时间及抗压强度的影响,并探讨了水泥增强粉煤灰浆液的强度形成机理。结果表明:当灰水比为14∶10,粉煤灰与水泥的添加比例为3∶1,井下胶凝固化剂的添加量为3%-5%时,粉煤灰水泥固化浆液快速初凝,3 d抗压强度为2.91 MPa,14 d抗压强度为7.50 MPa,28 d抗压强度为7.95MPa,完全可以满足井下充填堵漏的需要。水泥水化与粉煤灰水化过程协同相互作用,形成致密界面结构是水泥增强粉煤灰浆液的主要原因。In order to meet the strength requirements of underground filling and plugging in grouting fire prevention materials, on the basis of slurry curing experiment of cementcoal ash grouting fire prevention materials, combined with X - ray diffraction analysis method, we study the influence of cement content on coal ash slurry initial setting time and compressive strength, and explore the for- mation mechanism of enhancing strength of coal ash slurry by cement. The results show that coal ash cement curing slurry is fast initial setting as the gray water ratio of 14 : 10, the coal ash and cement addition ratio of 3 : 1, adding 3 to 5 percent of the underground gelling curing agent, compressive strength of 2.91 MPa for 3 d, compressive strength of 7.50 MPa for 14 d, compressive strength of 7.95 MPa for 28 d, which fully meets the needs of underground filling and plugging. Hydration process of cement is synergistic interaction with coal ash hydration, which is the main reason for cement to enhance coal ash slurry by a dense interface structure.
