摘 要:为了有效的控制小康煤矿极软岩巷道的变形,针对小康矿强蠕变软岩和地应力以水平挤压为主的特点,通过理论分析和实测获得巷道围岩松动圈为3.5 m,提出了圆形巷道全封闭的锚喷网配合U型钢可缩支架及壁后充填的支护技术,确定了预应力锚杆(索)配合U型钢+壁后充填的新型支护参数,在S2S2工作面运输顺槽进行现场实测,对掘进期间圆形巷道全封闭支护方式下的巷道变形进行了分析,并与原先的拱形开放式支护巷道进行了对比分析,得出:圆形巷道全封闭支护条件下巷道表面收敛量和收敛速度有明显的减小趋势,该技术对软岩巷道的围岩控制效果非常显著。To effectively control the deformation of soft rock roadway of Xiaokang Coal Mine, the closed support technique of bolting - shotcreting and U - shaped steel retractable support and backfilling support for circular roadway is suggested according to horizontal stress and the characteristics of strong creep soft rock. The support parameters of prestressed anchor, U steel and backfilling support are obtained. Taking $2S2 haulage roadway of Xiaokang Coal Mine as an example, the deformation of circular roadway with closed sup- port during roadway tunneling is analyzed by field measurement, and is compared with the deformation of the original open supporting roadway. It was concluded that the surface convergence and convergence velocity of circular roadway tends to decrease obviously under circular roadway closed supporting condition. The control effect of the technique of support of bolting - shotcreting and U steel combination support network and support backfill of closed - support of circular roadway is very obvious.
